Bailongo para la Raza
Dogandul, 20 Cañas and CumbiaFunk Counterculture get together for “Bailongo de la Raza”. An explosive show full of latin rhythms and a lot of good vibes.
Let us tell you a little about participating bands: Dogandul is a band from Costa Rica whose message is to raise awareness, debuting with its simple “Naturaleza” in 2009, managing to awaken interest of organizations like preserveplanet.org and stay on the scene for almost a decade, as continues to write its story.
For its part, 20 Cañas Y Hace Un Rato, is a large band originated in Guapiles, Limón, Costa Rica and recorded under Zaguate Records. Its style revolves around cumbia and reappears to scene for this Bailongo de La Raza.
Finally, Contracultura Cumbia Funk completes the trio. This band of Cumbia Funk, Latin Fusion, Roots aand Rock, founded mid-2014 at Heredia, describes itself as a vertically social music, the voice of those who do not have one.
So, these 3 great groups bring us on Sunday, February 17 at 3:00 pm in the Amon Solar / El Sótano, an event for all audiences, without age restriction and totally inclusive. You cannot miss this!
