Noche de Cine: “Hay un barco en Madrid”
Schedule February 15 by night, that day at Auditorium of Jade Museum, from 7:00 pm, will present documentary “There is a boat in Madrid (and nobody is talking about it)”, directed by Cris Robles, who will be that day talking about his work.
“This is a story of love, postwar and bicycle, a veteran bike builder and the daughter of a Republican mayor joined their lives 56 years ago in exile. With over 80 years, Perucha and Consuelo narrate their extraordinary lives from some Madrid’s neighborhood, which, far from any mass of water, hides a workshop, a boat and aokupa behind four walls”.
In addition, there will be a film forum about creative process and how it was to work remotely between director and musician Óscar Jimenez F. who composed soundtrack of documentary. After screening, you can enjoy a small session of live music, performed very own Óscar Jiménez F.
