Clase de Cocina Coreana
Saturday, November 17 from 10:30 A.M. Until 1:30 P.M. At the Tin Jo Asian Restaurant. Great Korean Cooking Class with chef Julio Alpizar and the support of chef Arlen Bravo. You can enjoy learning how to prepare the following delicious dishes:
Kim Chi – Chinese mustard, carrot and fermented white radish. Salty and spicy Indispensable food of Korean cuisine. Rich in beneficial bacteria
Bibimbap – it’s not jazz scat! It is a classic Korean dish. It consists of a bowl of white rice covered by a mix of vegetables, (optional: strips of meat) and a soft fried egg.
Chapché – chef Julio’s original fusion creation. The chapché is a plate of noodles made with sweet potato sauteed with vegetables in sesame oil
The Class will be followed by a delicious Korean lunch paired with wine. The dishes will be Gluten Free and with Vegetarian options.
