Wednesday, May 22 at 7:00 p.m. in the French Alliance of Costa Rica. The talk and literary café “Guerra y lobsters: Limón en los 40s” will be held. On this occasion, we will talk about the new graphic novel “Puerto Langosta” by Edo Brenes.
First Costa Rican cartoon published in Europe. As the story unfolds in the province of Limón at the end of the 40s, it will also discuss the historical and political context of the country at that time.
. Edo Brenes, a Costa Rican illustrator, was a professor of animation at Veritas University, and is now a professor of animation at the University of Cambridge.
