Event Description:

On Saturday, May 18, from 8:00 am at Rebecca Cuisine Gastronomic Institute, Technical – Professional Bakery course begins.

Program develops basic areas that allow organizing and directing a bakery brigade, correctly use the inputs and master operation of all utensils and equipment at the service of baking. This program consists of 192 hours of study, distributed in a class a week of 4 hours trough 12 months, for a total of 3 periods of four months each. It also includes 90% of practices in the laboratory and theoretical hours of approximately 10%.

Develop your skills with this short-term career, where you will learn how to make all kinds of artisan, classic, international, flavored and traditional breads, as well as Costa Rican and international pastries. Go to this experience and prepare yourself.
