Taller Intro al Yoga
On Saturday, November 9 at 11:30 am in Yoga Lamat. The “Intro Workshop to Yoga” will be taught. The practice of yoga uses the physical body to transform the mind and emotions, getting closer to being your best version, in balance and well-being with yourself and so with the rest of the people around you.
In this workshop a practical introduction on yoga will be made covering postures, breaths and correct alignment. Next to Professor Ghislaine Paulsen, Yoga will be studied as a holistic discipline, which covers the different levels of human beings: physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual.
This workshop open to all public is a great opportunity to:
– Consciously deepen the practice of yoga
– Visualize the correct postures
– Learn breathing and relaxation techniques
– Improve postures and alignment
– Know the body and learn to respect it during practice
