Yoga Taller Alineamiento
Yoga Lamat invites you to the “Yoga Workshop Alignment”, given by Jorge Campos Arce, on Saturday, May 18, at 3:00 p.m. The workshop covers basic principles to align fundamental postures, for example: Virabhadrasana (Warrior) I, II, III, Trikonasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana (Dog Mouth Down), Prasarita Padottanasana (Hip flexion in standing position with separated legs).
Aimed at those who have a few months of practice and want to detail the alignment of the postures in a workshop space, where they go at a slower pace and see in detail the most important actions of a posture. Supports such as blocks, walls and strips are used.
They should carry: Small cloth to dry the sweat, yoga mat, comfortable clothes (shorts, preferably to see the knees and shoulders). Recommendation: make a light snack before the workshop. Avoid heavy meals very close to the workshop time.
